As a young and energetic organization, we have given more attention to youth and young women’s development. Because, the young people can think broadly, act with innovation and interest and be energetic to ensure success in all the processes they have involved.

So, we have promoted various youth development programmes such as,

• Conducted youth’s work camps in various villages, urban areas to clean the dwelling areas. Roadside areas and planting trees along with Nehru Yuva Kendra.
• Promoting the youth to be community volunteers to undertake the local areas developmental works and monitoring them.
• Improve the youth personnel efficiency in sports, they have been given proper training and coaching in sports
• Conducting sports meet & competition among the youth at the village and urban level along with NYK and our own cost.
• Dissemination of the youth with further higher education with various institutions & colleges and for employment placement.
• Training provided on fire safety and securing people from fire accidents.
• Organized cultural programmes among youth and make them integrate with each other without any caste, creed, religious discriminations and ensure the youth unity.
• Trained the youth in wildlife sanctuary protection and preserve the birds and animals.
• Our youth members have been imparted n conducted census counting works of wild animals of Tigers, Elephants etc, in Sathyamangalam forest area with the forest department officers.

Such as the youth personnel have been promoted as worthful planners, means of implementers, sourcing people of monitors of our community development programmes as well as their skill and knowledge have been developed to establish a just fair society with dignity, sincerity, disciplinary ways and means.
