To empower the poor women in the community we have promoted self-help groups among them. Select appropriate poorest among poor women and girls and provided Free skill training on computer, Tailoring and Beautician courses to them under the financial & Technical assistance of NABARD, MSME and ICDS departments of Government of India.
Our organization also has to provide the same training under our own contribution of a special project named “DIYA” – (Light) to widows, destitute, orphaned, communal victim women. These have been given counseling, guidance to bring out them from their psychological stress, anxiety, depression, etc.
In addition, with these skill training classes, we have extended special classes on building self-confidence, personality development, Books & Accounts management, public relation, Yoga and Meditation, etc, to improve their personality. Also, the trained women are disseminated on free employment placement in various private, industrial, commercial sectors by effective liason & Lobbying and through by campus interview arrangements.
Such our organizations major objective on women empowerment is

- Ensuring women access to individual & Social development
- Improve women’s skill and their standard of living.
- Engendering women’s employment and income generation
- Preparing women to manage their own sources & available resources for better utilization
- Protect women from social, communal, sexual, family, and workplace violence & violation of their rights, etc.
These kinds of major objectives related to women are working with the community.
